Get Out Of Your Head + Believe You CAN Sell Your Services

Woman procrastinating on her phone while time is running out

Believe in yourself and your ability to sell your services

Imagine being unable to move forward in your business because you’re constantly overthinking. Wondering what to say, how to say it, what to sell, how much to charge, how to sell without seeming pushy or desperate. These dizzying questions manage to stop you in your tracks.

Motivation and momentum have been replaced by silent business killers; such as stuck-ness, procrastination, self-doubt, undercharging, and the draining feast and famine approach to sales and marketing.

If this has you nodding even a bit then you’re not alone. 95% of online entrepreneurs I speak to would love to get out of their head. And start to wholeheartedly believe in themselves and their ability to sell their services.

So they can sell authentically and with more confidence, helping and serving more people.

They try to get out of procrastination and fix their overthinking, but keep reverting back to old patterns.

'I'm completely overwhelmed'
‘I’m stuck’

They’re their own worst enemy, standing repeatedly in their own way. This brings up the question: is there something deeper going on?

What is Past Programming And How Does It Affect Your Business Success?

Past experiences influence how we feel and act in the now. The past may be preventing us from showing up with confidence and ease.

Subconscious beliefs, adopted years ago can still hold you back in business today. It's time to understand the relationship between past programming and your beliefs. We all hold a mix of beliefs unique to us. For example:

'I can’t make high ticket sales.'
'Selling is in your face.
'I come across as desperate when I sell'

Your results today are linked to these subconscious beliefs. So let's shine a light on them, identify them and exchange them with empowering ones.

When done properly this will help you trust yourself and your abilities to sell your services, it’ll motivate you to serve and invite abundance into your business. And your self-trust and dedication will in turn inspire confidence in your high ticket prospects.

Unlock this hidden potential so you can master sales and marketing as a heart-centred entrepreneur. Desperation, pushiness or neediness will melt away. Instead you’ll be confident of the value you offer. No drama, just an authentic offering for your prospect to take or leave.

This self-assured certainty alone will increase the desirability of your services. Slimy sales tactics are replaced by pride in your offerings and a genuine ability to serve and help.

Break free from past programming with practical tools, techniques and tips for heart-centred entrepreneurs. Let's dig into how your past experiences affect your confidence in sales.

Past programming describes the ingrained, learned beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours we take on while growing up.

These beliefs…

  • have been passed on to us by our family, society and culture
  • have been shaped by our experiences
  • influence how we see ourselves, others, and the world.
  • determine self-perception, money mindset, success mindset, attitude to relationships, and overall worldview.
  • guide decision-making, reactions, and responses to different situations.
  • influence the way we show up in business and directly shape our money mindset.

The challenge arises because we take these beliefs as truth, even though they're just opinions about ourselves. They're beliefs and opinions but not facts.

To make things more complicated, they're often hidden. We're not aware that we’re holding them. So they wield their limiting power from a hidden place sabotaging everything we do. Without us realising.

For example: an upbringing in a scarcity mentality can create trouble with self-worth and financial abundance later on. It’s important to note here that the impact on the child doesn’t have to be related to the severity of the scarcity. The upbringing could have been in abject poverty or simply in a run of the mill, sale-rail household.

‘Don’t order orange juice with your fries...we have orange juice at home!’

 'I'm worthy'
'There's more than enough money to go around'

Countering a scarcity mentality with affirmations of abundance can feel deeply uncomfortable for a person from this background. They will probably show resistance to the positive affirmations.

They might cut corners, not invest in themselves and see themselves as unworthy; all qualities that won’t help you land high ticket clients.

The first step to breaking free from self-imposed limitations is to recognise past programming. Once you're aware of it you can start changing the stories you tell yourself.

Techniques like self reflection and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy can be very successful in reprogramming the subconscious mind and encouraging positive, empowering beliefs.

The Impact Of Low Self-Esteem On High Ticket Sales

There's no need to feel alone if you're unconfident in your sales and marketing skills. Most of us feel like tat at one point. We all feel like an impostor at least once…when we were doing it for the first time.

It’s time to act however, if you can't shake feeling like a fraud and if low confidence persists. Or if the feeling prevents you from 'getting out there'.

Many entrepreneurs struggle to light a fire in their high-ticket prospects because they can't even ignite confidence within themselves. Past programming is holding these entrepreneurs back.

For example: ‘Who do you think you are?’
What are the stories you're telling yourself?

The foot is always on the brake even though they are desperate to move full steam ahead. They hesitate, wobble, and stutter to a halt.

‘I don’t have what it takes’

Some remain in that state, and others pull themselves back into action. Again and again. But unless they fix the limiting belief at the root of their stuckness, they won't get past this stumbling block.

It's one of the biggest reasons so many entrepreneurs don't succeed. They're weighed down by past programming and limiting beliefs. They think they can't generate the uplift needed to get their business off the ground.

Taking your foot off the brake and accelerating requires confidence and self-belief. Belief that you can drive the care, that you can get to your destination. We can acquire this belief by unravelling and unlearning negative programming.

It's easy to lose faith in the value of your services when confidence wanes. Insecurity and doubt hold you back, preventing you from getting paid what you're worth.

The Solution

Build up your confidence with deep subconscious reprogramming. This transformative process boosts healthy self-assurance, making it easier for you to feel motivated, negotiate sales and show up in your business. By transforming insecurities, you'll get on the path to more confident, successful authentic sales.

‘You matter. Your voice matters.’

Personal Growth Through Business

Boosting your confidence does more than just increase your sales and presentation abilities. You'll feel better. You'll grow as a person. Your confidence is going to ripple into your community, making a difference.

Business as ‘therapy’ means seeing your journey as both a professional challenge and as a powerful driver of personal growth. Challenge yourself. Step up and show up.

‘To be successful, you must be willing to do the things others won’t do. So that you have the things that others won’t have.’ Les Brown

Now every business challenge has been turned into an opportunity to learn and grow.

Here are some of the areas we have an opportunity to grow in as entrepreneurs:

  • overcome camera shyness
  • calm public speaking nerves
  • show up consistently for something you believe in
  • overcome social awkwardness at an event
  • drop impostor syndrome
  • feel comfortable getting feedback and criticism
  • overcome buying objections
  • brush off a tanked pitch (and learn from it)
  • getting back up after a lost sale
  • handling a refund without emotional charge

Each of these trials serves as a stepping stone toward becoming your best self, and channelling your inner 6-figure CEO.

Your business helps you improve yourself. It teaches you resilience, and strengthens the qualities that contribute to both professional success and personal fulfilment. Buckle up!

What's The Impact Of Confidence Building?

Feeling confident is important for emotional well-being and from a business perspective, confidence is a key to success. If you’re confident you’ll sell more because you communicate with joy and ease.

You’re serving the client instead of desperately trying to force products and services on them. You believe in your products and this reassures your clients. They start trust you and feel at ease engaging with you.

Confidence in your message motivates you to keep showing up. It also rallies followers behind you Like-minded people who believe in the same things you believe in. People who need to hear your message and who need your help. So make your message heard and your people will gather.

Confidence affects personal relationships. It empowers us and helps us feel comfortable. With ourselves and with each other. It creates space to be ourselves. We're authentic. We're building genuine trust and meaningful connections with clients.

Confident entrepreneurs are more likely to explore new opportunities, and invest in themselves and their business.

All of this encourages business growth. We really want and need confidence for successful living. But what to do if you aren't born confident? How do we access the subconscious to reprogram it?

A Brief History of Accessing The Subconscious

The history of accessing the subconscious for healing and answers reflects humanity's enduring quest for self-discovery and mental wellness. From ancient practices to cutting-edge therapies, our shared journey continues to unlock the potential of the subconscious.

The subconscious mind is our storehouse. It contains our life scripts and programming. We need to access this source if we want to permanently install more confident and positive thoughts and stories.

Humans have tried to access, consult, and heal the subconscious mind throughout history. Psychological, spiritual, and cultural practices helped us in this quest.

Ancient Wisdom

Early civilisations (such as the Vedas 1500–1200 BCE) recognised the power of the mind. Meditation and rituals for spiritual enlightenment and healing expanded consciousness and reached deep into the psyche.

Shakespeare (1567 - 1616)

Shakespeare explored the subconscious in his plays, for example in Macbeth without naming it.

Psychoanalytic theory

Psychoanalytic theory was established by Sigmund Freud in the 1890s. A person's unconscious mind stores feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories they're not aware of. Freud argued that we store experiences and feelings in the unconscious that we deem unacceptable. For example shame, aggression, pain or anxiety.

Integration of Eastern practices

Eastern practices started to make their way into Western psychology as it evolved. Meditation, mindfulness, and yoga became mainstream, providing easy ways to access and heal the subconscious.

Neuroscience advances

Recent advances in neuroscience deepen our understanding of the brain. The brain can be rewired thanks to neuroplasticity.

There are two processes involved in this. Neurogenesis means new neurons grow. Synaptogenesis is the formation of new connections between neurons. You're encouraged to strengthen these new pathways through repetition, meditation, reflective self-inquiry, mindfulness and visualisation.

Modern therapeutic approaches

Today, hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and other holistic practices focus on healing the subconscious. By addressing deep-seated issues, these methods promote mental and emotional health. Keep in mind that you should always see a therapist who's qualified and registered.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis became popular during the mid-20th century as a way to access and reprogram the subconscious.

Hypnotherapy is a type of psychological therapy that uses hypnosis to help treat mental and physical health conditions. Hypnotherapy can change sensations, thoughts and habits, which then impacts how we feel.

It's been proven to be a fast and highly effective treatment option. But make sure to work with a qualified and registered hypnotherapist.

  • A study found that hypnotherapy had a 93% success rate after 6 sessions.
  • Behavioural Therapy had a 72% success rate after an average of 22 sessions.
  • Psychotherapy had a 38% success rate after an average of 600.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists lists the following conditions hypnotherapy can help with

  • Anxiety (reducing presenting, speaking, marketing and sales anxiety, which improves performance)
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Habit reversal such as quit procrastinating, quit smoking or lose weight.
  • Insomnia
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Conditions which may have a psychological component such as headaches, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or backaches
  • Improving memory after brain injury
  • Pain management
  • Medical and surgical procedures
  • Cancer treatment side effects
  • Anaesthetic procedures
  • Burn wound care
  • Dental procedures
  • Childbirth
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Immune system boost
  • Improving some skin conditions

Self hypnosis

You can learn self-hypnosis at home.

Self-hypnosis can

  • help you manage stress-related symptoms (anxiety, anger, insomnia)
  • support you in controlling pain
  • prepare you for high performance
  • help whip up and maintain motivation
  • be used to rewire your subconscious
  • always learn self-hypnosis from a qualified hypnotherapist

Listen to this guided meditation for an easy introduction to guided meditation, a great preparation for self hypnosis.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH)

A cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist can help you deal with anxiety in all its forms and shapes, stress, and phobias.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy combines behavioural therapy with hypnotherapy which supports deep restructuring of the mind and emotion. This treatment can help you rewire limiting beliefs and at the same time putting in place an approach that inspires action.

Glossary

Explore the complexities of how to heal past programming and its impact on your personal and professional development. Here are some terms to know.

Belief systems

A person's attitudes, values, and convictions that shape their perception of themselves and of the world. They're often passed on through the generations. It's common for children to take on their parents' belief systems – without questioning them.

Cognitive bias

Acting in an irrational way because we don't process information objectively. Even if it's not always bad, it can cloud judgement and affect how we perceive situations, people, or risks. This is an important concept because we can reframe our own cognitive bias. Consider these two attitudes to life:

'Oh man, I'm never gonna make it' ---> 'What if this works?'

Conditioning

By repeatedly exposing ourselves to certain stimuli (or triggers), we learn and adopt certain behaviours, responses, and thought patterns.

Conscious mind

If your whole psyche is an iceberg then the conscious mind is the part you can see. Your conscious mind is fully in the light and shows the readily accessible thoughts, feelings, wishes and memories you’re aware of in the moment.

Consciousness

Consciousness is full awareness of internal (feelings, thoughts, memories) as well as external existence (sensations, environment).

Emotional intelligence (EI)

The ability to recognise, understand, and regulate one's emotions. As well as those of others, resulting in balanced, positive relationships.

Hypnotherapy

A therapeutic technique based on focused relaxation and suggestion. Hypnotherapy can help you access your subconscious mind to address and modify unwanted habits, behaviours, thoughts, sensations and emotions. A transformation can often be observed after a few sessions.

Limiting beliefs

The beliefs that hold you back from success and growth, often rooted in your past programming.

Mindfulness

Increase self-awareness and break free from automatic reactions by being present and fully engaged in the moment. It means being fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not being too reactive or overwhelmed.

Neuroplasticity

The brain's ability to reorganise itself by forming new neural connections throughout life, allowing for learning and adaptation. William James proposed in 1890 that the brain and its function don't stay the same through adulthood but the idea didn't catch on. In recent years it has been found that the brain's structure and function is not fixed throughout adulthood and can be modified

Reprogramming / Repatterning / Restructuring

Identifying, changing or replacing ingrained unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns with positive and empowering ones.

Self-talk / Inner Dialogue

An internal dialogue or narrative individuals have with themselves that influences their emotions, behaviours, and perceptions. This is where your inner critic comes to play

Subconscious

Subconscious and unconscious are often used interchangeably in everyday language. Both describe a part of the mind operating below the level of conscious awareness, influencing thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Using autosuggestions, hypnosis, accessing your intuition, journaling and meditation are all techniques associated with the subconscious. We can train ourselves to access this part of our mind, it’s like discovering a vast, hidden storehouse. In here, we stash away parts of ourselves we can’t stand like shame, hate, fear, anger.

According to psychoanalytic theory, the unconscious contains memories, emotional conflicts, wishes, and repressed impulses. Psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud said the unconscious affects a person's thoughts and behaviour without them being aware of this influence.

Trauma

Modern psychology classifies different types of trauma. All types of trauma can have complex and lasting effects on people and communities and carry deep unconscious fear, hate or shame.

  • Type I trauma: Singular, isolated and life-threatening incidents, such as a car accident or a natural disaster.
  • Type II trauma: Involves prolonged exposure to adverse situations, like ongoing abuse or combat experiences.
  • Generational trauma: unresolved emotional wounds or smouldering conflict is passed from generation to generation.
  • Little 't' trauma: A combination of everyday stressors and challenges that can gradually affect one's mental well-being. Little ‘t’ trauma is common to us all and can leave an imprint on the psyche depending on various factors.

The Benefits: Is It Worth To Repattern Past Programming?

Change your behaviour for the better, change habits, get into action. Fast.

Gain clarity and cultivate positive behaviours. Changing your behaviour is like hitting the reset button and recording a new script for your life. Allowing you to overwrite old habits and replace them with positive ones that pave the way for personal and business growth.

Gain self-awareness

Understand yourself better leading to more clarity and empowered choices in life. Self-awareness involves understanding your strengths and weaknesses, fears and motivations, values and beliefs. Armed with clarity, you can make informed decisions and you won’t be second-guessing yourself afterwards. You’ll also recognise areas to improve, giving you momentum channelling the best version of yourself.

Boost resilience

You will be more resilient once you get a handle on your negative patterns and programming. You’ll be able to regulate your emotions and will have learned healthy responses to stress and challenges.

Here’s what this might look like in your business. You won't see a buying objection as a personal diss (targeted just at you). Instead, you’ll be able to view the buying objection as an opportunity to improve your product!

Get long term results

When you access the subconscious during hypnosis, it's very easy to install helpful beliefs. If you nurture these new positive beliefs with repetition and love they will become part of your being.

Don't worry, you can only install beliefs you believe in. Mind control is not possible here, don’t believe the hype! But still, always make sure you're working with a qualified and registered hypnotherapist.

Improve relationships

Once you've broken free of negative programming, you can build healthy relationships with others. For example, asserting boundaries can be a minefield if you have low self worth.

Thinking you could inconvenience anyone makes you sweat, leave alone standing up for yourself. You may fear that expressing your needs could seem burdensome to the people you work with. This attitude is tied to a deep-seated sense of inadequacy and translated into a feeling of unworthiness.

'I am worthy as I am'

Unmotivated? Getting unstuck through aligning beliefs, values, and goals

If you feel stuck or want to stop procrastinating, you may benefit from inspecting your deepest values. You might be stalling in your business because your beliefs, values, and goals aren't aligned.

For example, this could be a clash between values: I want a family AND I want a 6-figure business. These opposing forces can create a deadlock causing significant internal conflict. This will wreck motivation.

'I want it all!'

One of your strongest values in life is the importance of maintaining strong connections with loved ones. At the same time you believe that achieving significant business success is essential for your personal fulfilment.

You also think that both require a tremendous amount of time and energy. The scale of your goals freak you out and you now feel you can’t cope. You feel rushed and drained before you even start.

‘Not enough time, not enough energy’

The two conflicting values (family VS career) are joined by your feeling of impending doom. This toxic mix creates stress and dissonance in your head and body that paralyse you.

‘I can’t’

The Challenges: Repatterning Your Past Programming

It's demanding

Like any other deep transformation, this can be an intense process. You'll confront your own thoughts and feelings, examine and challenge them, and learn how to better manage them. It can be challenging but it leads to lasting change for the better

Bring dedication to transformation

Consistent effort and dedication to the process will bring significant results within a few sessions. This is similar to the quote our local Pilates studio has on their website

“In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference,

in 20 you'll see the difference,

and in 30 you'll have a new body”.

Joseph Pilates

BTW: reprogramming your subconscious can get you results way faster than Pilates. My clients average up to 6 sessions for a transformational experience.

Face your fear of the unknown

It can be daunting to let go of deeply ingrained beliefs because they feel comfortable and familiar. People often resist change because they're afraid of the unknown, they want to avoid uncertainty at all cost. People worry they won't be able to cope with change, so they resist it. This is where low confidence gets in the way of getting more confident.

‘I am safe. I am ok.’

Embrace the unseen

People sometimes face uncomfortable emotions while reprogramming. It's all part of the game. The emotions have been there already influencing you. Now you’re aware of them.

In fact, processing uncomfortable emotions is an essential part of personal growth and healing. Ultimately, it helps people face their fears, address unresolved issues, and move forward with fresh energy.

Allow potential emotional discomfort

Past programming can bring up unresolved emotions. There may be some discomfort before transformation kicks in. As humans, we tend to store unresolved emotions in our subconscious.

These unresolved emotions can be uncomfortable. But they're a part of the process and will eventually lead to transformation. And the transformation is worth it, clients say

Seek professional guidance

Professional guidance is necessary for successful reprogramming, and accessing therapy or counselling involves financial and time investments. Having a qualified cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist in your corner will ensure optimal support and assistance. You'll be supported in identifying the underlying issues and developing effective strategies to address them. You'll get help in creating a plan of action to move you forward with your goals.

Get Started Now. Identify And Address Symptoms Of Low Self-Esteem

Your self-esteem can crush your motivation and leave you feeling inadequate, doubtful, and negative about yourself.

Below are general action strategies for managing common symptoms of insecurity. It might be worth examining the root issue for an effective and permanent solution.

You need to remove the root limiting belief in order to see a real transformation in your life.

Committing to change the actions is an important part of the puzzle. So follow the steps below to overcome insecurity on an action level.

Some common symptoms of low self-worth and some first pointers own what to do to overcome it:

    1. Overthinking, being in your head
Instead of drowning in your thoughts, ride the waves of mindfulness.
Take a step back and look at things realistically.
Make sure decisions are made within a certain timeframe.

    2. Overcompensating
Drop the mind-reading act; let people speak for themselves.

    4. Constantly questioning yourself
Know that making a decision is simply choosing A or B, nothing more.
Stick to your guns; going back is allowed – it's not a one-way ticket.
Know that you can always go back.

    5. Fear of rejection
What's really going to happen if you get rejected?
Notice how being rejected makes you stronger and more resilient.
Can you see the humour in the situation?

    6. Fear of abandonment
      Communicate your fears openly.
Surround yourself with the trustworthy; build a ship of support.
Develop a strong support system with YOU at the helm.

    7. Feeling unworthy / not enough
Be your own BFF; kindness and compassion go a long way.

Shout out to even the tiniest wins.
Progress, not perfection – let that be your mantra.

    8. Uncomfortable to take up space, time, attention
trying to hide / staying invisible
Take a moment to recognize and embrace your worth.

Seek your tribe; being yourself is the coolest club to join.
Don't be afraid to accept yourself.

    10. Seeking constant validation or approval
Recognise when you're tempted to put on a show.
Celebrate personal achievements without external validation.
Switch your focus from watching yourself to watching others/the world.

    11. Compare-despair
Compare yourself to your past self to see how far you've come.
Don't forget to be grateful for your uniqueness.
When you catch yourself comparing yourself to others, stop it and understand everyone has their own battles.

    12. Overemphasis on appearance and material things
Beauty lies within; focus on your inner glow.
Mirror time-out; it's about what you radiate, not what reflects.
Develop self-esteem that's not based on appearance and what you have.

    13. Not speaking up, avoiding conflict, not expressing opinions, being mute
Dip your toes in low-risk opinion ponds at first.

Embrace feedback with grace; resilience is your shield.

Why Addressing Low Self-Esteem Is Crucial For Business Success

Addressing low self-esteem in sales and marketing is crucial. It's important to have confidence, presence, and a positive self-image.

Bringing on certainty will help you land high ticket clients. Form real connections on social media and in person, and present your ideas persuasively.

Personal development, self-reflection, and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy can help with this:

Confidence in social interactions

You'll be fully booked with high ticket clients if you show up as a leader. You've got to show that you know the way and that you can (and want to) help them.

Confident communication

Effective communication requires confidence. Build genuine connections, communicate clearly, and address each concern.

Positive presentation

The way you present yourself will help you stand out. Your clients will connect with the authentic you when you're not afraid to show who you really are. Getting like-minded people together will make it easier for you to do business.

Forgive yourself and bounce back from rejection

Rejection is a normal part of sales and marketing. Firstly, you can't be for everyone and it's good to repel the wrong people. And also, it's all about the numbers!

People with low self-esteem may take rejection personally, which can lead to discouragement, low motivation, and battered resilience. Try to see rejection as part of the process, allowing yourself to bounce back and learn from it.

Effective presentation skills

To sell more of your products and services, you must put them in front of more people.

Pitch, present, make a compelling case. Don't worry, we're not trying to be sleazy or pushy, but we need to be confident.Take them with you. With low self-esteem, it's difficult to express ideas in a way that touches others. It's hard to get people to buy into you if you don't believe in yourself.

Building connections (and bringing them into play)

Networks and relationships are key to your sales and marketing success. You need this to generate leads, establish partnerships, and expand your business.

Giving and taking; nurture your connections by giving them value. And don't be afraid to ask for something when you need it. Low self-confidence makes it hard to ask for help or receive help from others.

Adaptability and courage

Entrepreneurs who are confident are open to experimentation and innovation. Businesses have to adapt to changing sales and marketing landscapes. People with low self-esteem may be risk averse and resist change, which makes it hard for them to stay competitive.

The Basics of Low Self-Esteem

Understanding what causes low self-esteem is important because it can help you fix it. Past experiences, societal expectations, relationships, and internalised negative beliefs all play a role.

I. Knowing what to look out for

If you want to get rid of low self-esteem, you have to recognise the signs first. Look for signs and clues in your behaviour and emotions. Awareness can help you pinpoint what you're thinking, telling yourself and feeling in the given moment. Refer to the list above which lists a lot of the signs and symptoms of low self esteem.

II. Identifying root causes

The goal is to recognise those embedded beliefs that contribute to low self-esteem.

Self-reflection allows you to gain insight into your thought processes.

Past experiences shape a person's beliefs about themselves and the world. That's why it's important to figure out what contributed to the self image.

Childhood influences, cultural norms, societal expectations, and personal relationships can help explain why people have negative self-perceptions.

In addition, family dynamics, schooling and friendships impact self-esteem greatly.

III. Knowing how to heal

It's important to understand the root cause of ingrained beliefs before we can truly change them.

  1. Changing negative thoughts into positive ones, helping you feel more confident about your worth.
  2. Create positive affirmations — these are like power statements that reshape how you see yourself, making you feel more self-assured.
  3. Define the outcome you want. Make sure it matches your values. Now work out the steps to get there. Set each step as a challenge from small steps to bigger and bolder steps and watch how you grow.
  4. Your inner strength will grow like a muscle as you keep showing up, practising emotional resilience.
  5. Surround yourself with people who lift you up and encourage you.
  6. And if things get tough, don't shy away from seeking professional help — it's like having a guide for your new adventure.

IV. Being kind to yourself

It's time to talk about self-compassion. Treating yourself with kindness and understanding is important because it'll make you feel better about yourself and build resilience. Develop a positive, supportive relationship with yourself so you can find self-compassion and self-love. Bringing self-acceptance and challenging negativity.

V. Acknowledging, appreciating, celebrating your progress

Start by congratulating yourself on even the smallest wins. Let nothing be unnoticed. Well done :)

Celebrate the small wins and the micro steps you take every day. Taking pride in your progress is insanely motivating.

You'll feel accomplished and improve your self-esteem if you acknowledge your accomplishments, no matter how small they are. Adopt a celebration mindset to be more motivated and to start noticing how you're making a difference.
